9 interns enrolled in the Caribbean Youth Livelihoods Internship Programme (CYLIP) provided with laptops and other IT equipment

Thanks to the generous support of the American people through USAID Eastern and Southern Caribbean, 9 interns enrolled in the Caribbean Youth Livelihoods Internship Programme (CYLIP) have been provided with laptops and other IT equipment to support their innovation, skills development and entrepreneurship in climate and disaster resilience. 👏👏👏

Designed to assist recent university/tertiary graduates, whose job opportunities and livelihoods are under threat during and post the COVID-19 pandemic, CYLIP is providing interns with additional technical, entrepreneurial, and business development skills to enhance future employment opportunities. Through CYLIP, interns will benefit from opportunities to connect with and learn from industry professionals and innovators to address resilience issues faced by the region.

CYLIP is a product of the USAID funded Strengthening Disaster and Climate Resilience in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean (SDCR) Project which is being implemented by CIMH.
