Be domiciled or operate in any Caribbean Meteorological Organisation (CMO)/CIMH member state. Note however, every CYLIP Phase/Call for submission may narrow or expand this criterion;
Have been in operation for at least 24 months; Special consideration will be given to entrepreneurs/small-medium business owners between the ages of 18 and 35;
Demonstrate availability for at least 40% of the time over a 5-month period.
Benefits
The main benefit derived by Entrepreneurs/Small-Medium Businesses from their involvement in the programme will be the solution of an environmental/climate/hydrometeorological challenge. Some of the tangible benefits include:
A monthly stipend for the period of engagement
Full access to any equipment or application that forms part of the solution
Introduction to the subject matters such as climate change adaptation and mitigation and the ability to interpret and use weather and climate forecasts provided by CIMH and National Meteorological and Hydrological Services (NMHSs).
